Ireland: Personal Growth

My supervisor asked me to type out an article today. The title is "5 Barriers to Personal Growth". It is really meaningful! I did not just simply type it out but I actually read it in details and I find some of the points relating to myself.

One of the points mentioned about letting the past be the current. The author said that he was shocked that people talks about their past in a tone filled with anger or grief. In order to overcome this barrier, one needs to go beyond the emotions. Having so, he/she will be able to speak about their past with a 'charge-neutral' tone.

Another barrier is being fearful about the future. People usually thinks about the 'what ifs'. Unfortunately, 98% of the 'what ifs' does not happen. And in order to overcome this, one needs to come out with plans to deal with the possible situations that might arise in the future.

If you are able to do so, you would be able to be your best self and live to the fullest.
