Still couldn't believe my 21st birthday actually falls on the first day of CNY. Despite that, I felt very blissful with all the surprises and blessings from my close friends.
(3 days before my birthday) I came home from school, had a shower and settled down to revise for my test on the following day. The phone rang and my mum answered it.
Mum: haloooo
Caller: ________________
Mum: HALOOOOOO YEANLING 啊！
(I was thinking to myself 'simi daiji yl call my house for what' 'scarli my mum has a friend called yl' hahahahah)
Caller: ________________
Mum: huhhhhhhhhhh! 为什么不要讲你的名字？
(ahahahah so at this moment I roughly know what was happening and started laughing out loud)
Then the call ended.
Me: YL 打来做什么？
Mum: 不懂leh。她叫我不要讲是她打来。
(I think my mum still don't know what was happening)
Then I called YL...
hahahahhahahahaha
Me: why you called?
YL: huh 没有啦，跟你讲话咯。
Me: 哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈
Me: 你在家啊？
YL: yup
(right after she said that...*sound of wind blowing* obviously she wasn't at home HHAHAHAH)
Then the call ended abruptly. I didn't think too much and continued reading my notes.
Suddenly...*KNOCK KNOCK*
Mum: SERLING QU KAI MEN!
I opened the door and no one was there. I closed the door and peeped through the door hole. And I saw a few girls running from one corner to another to hide. Then the whole hiding lasted for about 1-2 minutes then TADAAAAAA MSSY SHOWED UP HAHAHAHA.

2 days before my birthday, Joey dropped by my house to give me these goodies. I didn't get to see her cos I was in school :( I felt really grateful and blessed to have a friend who came all the way down just to deliver a card with the best wishes in it. Not forgetting the handmade keychain hehehe so sweet~
Birthday surprise @ Yunis'. I thought it was just a bainian visiting at Yunis' house. Didn't expect them to give me a surprise :`)

BIRTHDAY DATE WITH THE DOLPHINS
Because its my 21st birthday this year so I thought that I should do something memorable. Reached RWS in the morning and changed into swimming suit. When I entered the dolphin island, I got hyped up by the sight of dolphins swimming in the water woohooooo. Then we were briefed by the dolphin trainer from Australia. We were told that the 'oxygen helmet' is 30kg above water and 6kg underwater.
Although the 'oxygen helmet' is lighter in weight underwater, 6kg is still a heavy weight to be carried on your shoulder.
Here comes the interaction with Lui Lui and Rajah~ Their names sound so localised and auspicious hahahaah $$$$$$
My first kiss presented to Rajah/Lui Lui. (don't know this one is which. they look the same)
YAYYY so happy I went for the dolphin programme. Went home after that and had a headache for the rest of the day. I guess it was the effect of inhaling too much oxygen from the tank.
This somewhat marked the end of my 21st birthday. Very fulfilling isn't it? Heheh. Now that I'm 21, I hope that I can accomplish more things in the coming years, be it trying out new things or going after the things I wanna do. Still in the midst of learning the spirit of giving more than receiving. Cheers to more adventures in the near future :)
