Went to Tampines sec band concert at Singapore Conference Hall on Thursday. Once I stepped in there, memories from SYF09 started flashing passed my mind. I remembered carrying the gigantic bass up the stairs with YL and YT hahahaha. Technical skill is needed to move the bass from first to second floor. You need to look out for the steep stairs and at the same time beware of the low ceilings. From school to SCH to the tuning room to the backstage and finally the final stage.
I would say that the best period in my secondary school life was the time spent in the orchestra. I thought I made a great choice moving from netball to CO. Because of CO, I have many cool juniors and friends, a chance to touch on an instrument, a chance to be in a competition on stage and a really fruitful experience.
Coming back to the concert...my eyes were on the bassists for half of the time hahaha. Enjoyed listening to the low soothing tone. I thought the concert was pretty cool in terms of their creativity.
Yesterday which was the last day of 2010, went to catch Yogi bear with cousins and sister. Nice show, many humorous scenes, I would rate it 4 out of 5. After which went to Grandma's house for countdown and fireworks. I felt that this year's fireworks were very special as they were shot in rhythm and coordination with the music.

OMGOSH school starting in 2 days time. TUTORIALS AND PROJECTS NOT DONE.
(they have no initiatives and team spirits at all :x)
What I've been doing during the past 2 weeks?
Well, first week was spent in Bali. Lifestyles there are really different from here and because of year end weather, the beach doesn't look like the one in our imagination hahaha. But still, a new experience.
Second week was spent " SIMS-ing". My sims house has a sea view, swimming pool is on the cliff, backyard is a beach and is a three-storeys-to be hahahah how nice. BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT they say my household has no enough money to move into it =.=
