"Why didn't you take art last time?"
People around me had positive comments on my drawings, but I personally think I don't draw well. Maybe for some doodles, yes, but not up to the standard of those artists out there. I think I'm good at making handicrafts like making cards, designing frames etc. With all the materials infront of me, ideas and pictures of how I want it to be will naturally come out.
I'm interested in graphic illustrations and this is partly influenced by my sister. I envy how designers can sit infront of their computers, making a few moves on their walcom and produce impressive illustrations. Frankly speaking, I had never thought of going into design stream as it seems way too impossible for me. One of the reason being I'm not confident to produce artistic and qualified work pieces. Moreover, the efforts and time required and involved are not compatible with my personality.
Fortunately, I have some interest in business-related fields which explained why I'm in Business course now. Although friends around me are studying courses that seem more interesting, I still enjoy what I'm studying right now especially economics. I still think that designing is most suitable carry out during my spare time as a hobby...
